Dear San Diego Rodeo Vendor:

The Golden State Gay Rodeo Association – Greater San Diego Chapter (GSGRA-GSDC) proudly announces the 20th Annual San Diego Gay Rodeo, which will take place September 12-14, 2008 at the Lakeside Rodeo Grounds and The Handlery Hotel and Resort in San Diego.

We invite you to become part of one of the largest Gay and Lesbian country western festivals in the country by becoming vendors and exhibitors at this year’s event.

The GSGRA-GSDC is a federally recognized 501(c) 3 charitable 100% volunteer organization and since is inception in 1988 has donated over $210,000 to AIDS and other local charitable causes in the San Diego Area. The success to this years’ rodeo, and our ability to contribute even more back to the community depends on the support and participation of businesses and organizations like yours.

As always, vendor spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served system. Please read the entire application and enclosed documents, giving special attention to the Terms and Conditions of the application. Please sign one copy and return it with your application and retain the other copy for your records. Please remember that no pets of any kind are allowed anywhere on the Rodeo Grounds.

All applications received must be paid in full upon our receipt of application, including any special electrical, telephony, or equipment requests. GSGRA-GSDC accepts checks, money orders, VISA and MasterCard for payment. Full payment of the booth rental and all additional items must be postmarked no later than August 1, 2008. ANY APPLICATIONS/CONTRACTS RECEIVED AFTER AUGUST 1, 2008 WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE. NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER AUGUST 1, 2008. ANY PAYMENT RETURNED BY THE BANK WILL INCUR A $30.00 RETURN ITEM FEE. We highly recommend that you submit your completed application with payment early for the best booth availability. The August 1st application deadline will be strictly enforced.
